Family Reunion

There was much anticipation again this year about going to Karen's house for the reunion. The kids LOVE it! We had a wonderful time again!We fished ....

Played with our cousins.....

Rode the tractor, which Cole, Claire, and Danica enjoyed, and the Jeep, which Cane still talks about!

Of course, it wouldn't be a reunion without a little competition!

And had a few drinks?

Here are all the grand kids who made it! Quite a crew! It is so great to spend a weekend with everyone, we all live so far apart, we don't see each other except this weekend and weddings (Thanks Kristen for the up coming wedding!)


We next traveled to Grandma McQuinn's and had a wonderful time. One afternoon Grandma McQuinn came with us as we went to the farm to fish and play. The kids absolutely loved it! Kyle, Troy, Ryan, and Kelsey took turns giving the kids rides on the tractors, 4 wheelers, and feeding the baby calves!

Of course, Cane was in heaven! He is obsessed with tractors! It takes me 3 hours to mow our lawn with our riding lawn mower, and he will ride it with me the whole way! In fact, he is so at peace on them, if I mow too close to nap time, he will fall asleep sitting on my lap on the mower!

Cole and Claire did not let Ryan get any of his work done this day, they chased him all around and pretty much got what they wanted!


Of course, my favorite thing to do is go fishing! Grandma McQuinn, dad, and I spent our afternoon around the pond!

It was a wonderful weekend, and I wish we could make it more. But the kids look forward to it more and more each year, I am so happy they get to see everyone!
