Grandpa and Grandma McQuinn and Marcie came to our house on Friday night to join us in our trip to Chuckee Cheese on Cane's real birthday. We typically go eat before going to chuckee cheese because once we walk in and the kids see the games, there is no time to sit down to eat! However, this year we went to eat at the mall, and our mall has rides, as you can see. So the plan backfired this year, there still was not a whole lot of eating from the kids!
The kids had a great time running Grandma, Grandpa, and Marcie all around with them!
Cane's party was on Saturday, the day after his real birthday. I actually had to take him to the doctor on his birthday for ear infection, so he was a little crabby this year at his party. I didn't expect too many smiling pictures, but he did a great job. Actually, Cole ended up getting sick on sat during the party. Not the greatest weekend for my kids to get sick, but they never pick the right times anyway, so oh well!
I was very happy that after an hour of working on his cake, he actually was excited and yelled "tractor" or "raw-raw" is his own words.
After all that work, he didn't want to eat any cake. He just wanted the ice cream. He is saying "brrrrrrr" in this picture.
This is "Cheese!"
Cole enjoyed helping Cane open all his presents.
Both Godparents were able to make it to the party this year! We couldn't get him off his bike to take a picture with Tim and Marcie, so the bike got to be in the picture!
